NASA SEWP GWAC and Fair Opportunity
NASA SEWP VI is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing Federal agencies and approved Government customers access to Information Technology, Communication and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and associated services. In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1), eligible SEWP VI Contract Holders must be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for applicable orders, unless an exception to Fair Opportunity applies.

Problem Order Resolution
Customers experiencing an issue with a SEWP VI order should contact Questivity Customer Care. Questivity will coordinate with the appropriate internal resources, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers to resolve the issue. Matters requiring additional attention will be escalated to the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager.
